Responsibilities:

- Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and orders.
- Proofreading and editing legal materials for accuracy.
- Maintaining legal calendaring system and deadlines.
- Gathering and organizing information and evidence for discovery.
- Communicating with court personnel and other attorneys.
- Prioritizing work and managing tasks efficiently.
- Working closely with a legal team.
- Analyzing and problem-solving.
- Typing at least 50 words per minute.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of complex commercial litigation, commercial creditor bankruptcy matters, and collection cases.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2- or 4-year college degree and Paralegal Certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and drafting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Efficient time management skills.
