****, a nationally recognized law firm with over 750 attorneys in 30 cities, is currently seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Transactions Associate for multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions, intellectual property, and technology licensing, with a strong background in patent prosecution or litigation. This position offers the opportunity for significant client interaction and a diverse range of work, including drafting and negotiating technology agreements and providing client counseling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Structuring, drafting, and negotiating technology agreements
- Providing client counseling on intellectual property issues
- Handling patent portfolio management and other patent-related matters
- Potential involvement in mergers and acquisitions, funding/investment, and other corporate transactions
- Admitted to practice in Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, or Pennsylvania (or eligible to sit for respective state bar exam) and admitted to practice before the . Patent and Trademark Office

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions, intellectual property, and technology licensing
- Strong background in patent prosecution or litigation in areas such as computer, electrical, or mechanical technology
- Licensed to practice in Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, or Pennsylvania (or eligible to sit for respective state bar exam) and admitted to practice before the . Patent and Trademark Office
- Familiarity with patent portfolio management and other patent-related matters
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client interaction skills
