Responsibilities:

- Draft pleadings, conduct research, and manage traditional and electronic discovery
- Appear before state and federal courts
- Provide counsel on trade secret and non-compete matters and employment law
- Participate in the Mansfield Rule Certification Program to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace
- Submit a brief cover letter, resume, transcript, and writing sample for consideration

Qualifications:

- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- 2-5 years of experience in a mid to large law firm
- Admitted to the New Jersey Bar
- Federal or State Appellate clerkships a plus
