Commercial Finance Lawyer The candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a law firm setting, including significant experience with lending transactions, loan restructurings, and the purchase and sale of existing loans. Experience with the structuring, negotiation and closing of the following transactions is preferred: senior credit facilities; revolving loans; asset-based loans; financings secured by real estate; acquisition financing; project financing; mezzanine financing; intercreditor and subordination agreements; and modifications, workouts and forbearances. Must be able to prioritize and manage transactions, and to be able to work as part of a team.
