Senior Litigation Attorney - Wilson Elser's Milwaukee office is seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of experience in general liability, transportation, or products liability defense. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney to join a top-ranked defense litigation firm and work on challenging and complex cases.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with discovery requests and responses
- Draft pretrial motions
- Manage own cases through trial

Qualifications:

- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin
- 8+ years of litigation experience required
- Experience with general liability, transportation or products liability defense preferred
- Strong knowledge of Federal rules of evidence and procedure required
- Excellent written and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are required
