**Labor & Employment Attorney Job Summary**

Amundsen Davis is looking for an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join their team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of substantial employment litigation experience and must have a proven track record of preparing Motions for Summary Judgment specific to employment litigation. Candidates must have a valid Indiana bar license and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**

* Navigate proceedings before administrative agencies
* Defense litigation in federal and state courts
* Prepare Motions for Summary Judgment specific to employment litigation
* Provide excellent client service

**Qualifications:**

* Active Indiana bar license
* At least 7 years of substantial employment litigation experience
*
* Experience with labor a plus but not required
* Strong analytical abilities
* Excellent communication skills

**Compensation:**

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
