The candidate should preferably have 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financings. Must have experience drafting loan, security, intercreditor and related documents, advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents. Should also have excellent writing skills and superior academics.
