Clark Hill, PLC is seeking an experienced associate with 4+ years of civil litigation and automobile warranty defense experience for its Litigation Business Unit in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco, CA.


Job Responsibilities:

-Defend automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions
-Provide legal advice on the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act
-Prepare for trial/arbitration, including motion practice, deposition, and mediation
-Demonstrate strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills

Qualifications:

-Strong academic credentials
-Currently licensed to practice law in the state of California
-Detail-oriented, organized, and possess a solid work ethic

Salary:

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $140,000 - $200,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
