Job Overview: A law firm in Omaha, NE, is seeking an Executive Compensation/Benefits Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will work with a diverse clientele on executive compensation, tax, and employee benefit matters, including the design and implementation of various incentive arrangements.

Duties:

  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement executive and employee incentive arrangements tailored to their specific needs.
  • Provide counsel on complex mergers and acquisitions regarding executive compensation and benefits.

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Nebraska State Bar or eligibility for admission.

  • Exceptional work ethic and ability to take on increased levels of responsibility.
