Wilson Elser's San Francisco office is looking for a Toxic Tort Attorney to join their dynamic and growing litigation team. This is a long-term flexible work environment for lawyers with litigation experience who are looking to grow in their careers and take on increased and substantive defense litigation-based responsibilities.

Qualifications for the role include:

JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the state of California
3+ years of toxic tort litigation experience
Asbestos, talc, diacetyl, benzene, or related toxic tort experience required
2nd chair trial experience a plus
Superior analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Legal project management experience is helpful

Responsibilities include:

Take a leading role on a dynamic and growing litigation team
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
Communicate with clients and provide status reports

The annualized salary range for this position is $135,000 to $205,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
