Job Function Legal Practice Area Intellectual Property - Trademark Job Type Experienced Summary: Law firm Baker McKenzie is looking for an experienced associate with four to six years of trademark litigation and brand management experience to join their Intellectual Property and Technology team. The position is available in either their New York or Chicago office and offers a competitive salary range of $310,000 to $390,000. The ideal candidate should have experience handling all aspects of district court and TTAB litigation, as well as extensive experience prosecuting trademark applications and providing trademark availability and registrability analyses. The candidate must also possess top academic credentials, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication and writing skills, and be admitted to and a member in good standing of the New York or Illinois State Bar, or eligible to become admitted.
