• Manage case files and maintain accurate and organized records of all proceedings.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials, providing legal counsel and representation.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies in conjunction with senior attorneys.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes in a manner favorable to clients.
• Stay current with legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in state and federal courts.
• 3-5 years of general litigation experience.
• Experience in insurance defense, civil rights defense, and municipal and commercial litigation is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the state bar and federal courts where the firm operates.
