This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with 3-5 years of experience in corporate and transactional work to advance their career and work with a highly skilled team. Salary Information: The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Job Title and Experience Information: The ideal candidate for this position will have 3-5 years of experience in corporate and transactional work. They should also have knowledge of Arizona corporate statutes and procedures, as well as experience in drafting and submitting corporate filings. Additionally, candidates should have experience in drafting various corporate formation and maintenance documents, such as articles, bylaws, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements. Experience in all aspects of stock and asset purchase transactions is also required, including drafting purchase and sale agreements and preparing ancillary documents. Candidates with experience in commercial real estate transactions, particularly in title work, escrow processes, and deed preparation, will be given preference. Knowledge of transactional finance, including loan agreements, UCC filings, and commercial lending components, is a plus. Responsibilities: As an experienced Paralegal at Sacks Tierney, you will have a high level of involvement in all aspects of transactional work.
