Job Title: Commercial and Employment Litigation Attorney
Experience: 2 years +

Responsibilities:

- Drafting correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters and other legal documents.
- Reviewing and analyzing documents for relevance and privilege.
- Preparing for and attending depositions.
- Coordinating with witnesses.
- Communicating with clients, courts, and other counsel.
- Maintaining knowledge of local rules and regulations.
- Coordinating and communicating with parties outside of the firm, including clients and other legal professionals.

Qualifications:

- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial and employment litigation experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Familiarity with Local Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, FRCP, and other applicable codes and regulations.
