Cooley LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Attorney to join our team in Boston. This is a unique opportunity to work with our small group of insurance specialists and gain exposure to a diverse range of matters for our innovative client base. This role offers the potential to develop or advance expertise in the insurance arena, making it ideal for candidates with 3rd-6th year experience and a strong background in insurance coverage.

As an Insurance Attorney at Cooley LLP, you will have the chance to work on a variety of matters across our corporate and litigation groups. This dynamic role requires excellent speaking, writing, research, and organization skills, as well as outstanding internal and external client service abilities. Candidates with exposure to D&O, E&O, Cyber, EPLI, and other lines of commercial insurance will be most suitable for this position, and those with experience in R&W and regulatory expertise are also welcome.

The annual pay range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000, and the final offer amount will depend on the candidate's geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset. Job Requirements:
- 3rd-6th year experience as an Insurance Attorney

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
