Location:
Duties:
- Conduct client interviews and assess case details.
- Organize and review case file materials.
- Perform legal research to support case strategies.
- Evaluate, identify, and select legal claims.
- Draft pre-trial analytical documents, pleadings, and memorandums of law.
- Prepare briefs, trial documents, and assist with trial preparation.
- Appear in probate courts across Connecticut as required.
Requirements:
- Admission to the practice of law in Connecticut.
- Ability to work remotely while staying connected to the team and attending court appearances.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to becoming an exceptional probate attorney.
- Ability to handle a high volume of legal cases effectively.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Admitted to practice law in Connecticut.
