Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney The candidate will analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions and provide coverage recommendations for clients. Conduct complex and rigorous legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda. Draft and review pleadings, memos, briefs, interrogatories, and other legal correspondence and litigation documents. Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required. Should be self-starters, able to work independently, comfortable with a varied caseload, and possess exceptional attention to detail. In addition, candidates should have the following. Should have 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or commercial litigation. Should have excellent academic credentials and work history; superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and time management skills; admitted to practice in DC, or admitted to practice in another state but willing and able to seek admission to practice in DC.
