Job Description

The Real Estate Associates will work closely with the firm's Real Estate group on a variety of matters, including:

• Real estate financing
• Lender representation
• Co-lender/intercreditor
• Commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS)

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate loan documents
• Review and analyze title commitments and surveys
• Conduct due diligence on real estate properties
• Prepare closing checklists and coordinate closings
• Communicate with clients and other parties involved in transactions

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in real estate finance
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
