The Insolvency Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling bankruptcy litigation cases and contributing to the firm's legal strategies in commercial bankruptcy matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, significant trial experience, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Job Details:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of bankruptcy litigation experience preferred.
• Successful completion of bankruptcy and secured credit courses in law school.
• Experience in commercial bankruptcy is highly desirable.
• Required to make significant trial appearances and be willing to travel for related matters.
• Strong academic record and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate superior judgment.
• Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action effectively.

Requirements:

• An active Texas Bar license is necessary or a commitment to obtaining one as soon as possible.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Texas Bar license.
