Job Overview:

The Senior Private Client Services Associate Attorney will be crucial in providing comprehensive legal services related to estate planning, estate and gift taxation, and estate and trust administration. The candidate will collaborate closely with a Partner who is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates.

Job Details:

Duties:

• Conducting thorough reviews and analyses of clients' financial and personal situations to develop effective estate plans.
• Drafting and preparing legal documents related to wills, trusts, and estate planning.
• Providing guidance on complex estate and gift tax matters.
• Managing estate and trust administration processes and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Offering legal advice and representation to individuals, charitable organizations, foundations, and corporate fiduciaries such as banks and trust companies.

Requirements:

• 5-15 years of relevant experience in estate planning, estate and gift taxation, and related services.
• Strong background in international estate planning is a plus.
• LLM in Tax or Estate Planning is preferred.
• Membership in or willingness to become a member of the Florida Bar.

Education:

• LLM in Tax or Estate Planning is preferred.

Certifications:

• Membership in or willingness to become a member of the Florida Bar.
