Law Firm is seeking an experienced Attorney for its Subrogation Department. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a prestigious firm known for its expertise in litigation.

H2: Responsibilities
• Represent corporate clients in Federal and State Courts, handling civil actions related to property damage.
• Collaborate with a variety of forensic experts to investigate and evaluate the legal and financial viability of different causes of action in both single and multi-party litigation.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare for, attend, and present at court hearings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and opposing counsel.

H2: Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials demonstrating strong legal aptitude.
• Minimum of five years of litigation experience, preferably in product defect claims, property damage claims, or construction issues.
• Experience working with various forensic experts (., fire origin and cause, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, chemical, material, human factors, accounting, and standard of care) is highly desired.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and presenting oral arguments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
