As a Litigation Docket Specialist, you will be responsible for timely and accurate docketing of litigation cases using the firm's litigation docketing software. You will work closely with the Litigation Docket Manager to continually improve docketing best practices, policies, and processes. This position may also involve assisting with special projects within the Docket Team.

To be considered for this role, you must have a 2-year degree or Paralegal Certificate, with a preference for a 4-year degree in a related field. You should also have 3-5 years of litigation docketing experience, with specific experience using CompuLaw Vision. Additionally, you should have strong knowledge of California litigation and asbestos practice, as well as the litigation process, court rules, and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and internet research is required, along with the ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
