Litigation Of Counsel The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients; supervising associates; working with experts; assisting with fact development and depositions; reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda; and helping develop case strategy. Should have a . degree. Should ideally have 8+ years of litigation experience (preferably gained while practicing at an AmLaw 100 firm), experience with products liability and/or complex commercial litigation, and have a science background (MD, MPH, PharmD, Epidemiology). Superior research, analytical, and writing skills are highly preferred. Experience with pharmaceutical and medical device industry and clients is a plus. Those with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools are preferred. Bar admission is required.
