#H2: What You'll Do

- Serve as in-house counsel for comprehensive consumer healthcare company
- Connect individuals with information and care they need
- Spot and solve legal issues for product teams
- Build relationships and align legal compliance with consumer first engagement strategy
- Understanding of regulations impacting digital products
- Create and maintain guidelines for addressing digital product legal considerations
- Negotiate and drive commercial agreements
- Support sales teams in general contracting and negotiation
- Perform product reviews and serve as subject matter expert
- Monitor state laws and regulatory trends
- Manage risk strategically
- Stretch outside of comfort zone and collaborate with teammates and company to further mission and drive success

- Legal team focused on collaboration and providing actionable advice
- Solution-oriented and focused on facilitating business objectives
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited . law school
- Member of bar in . jurisdiction
- At least 5 years of legal experience, in-house experience a plus
- Ability to operate in dynamic environment with problem-solving attitude
- Equal parts risk identifier and problem solver
- Ability to provide legal advice with humor

#H2: Compensation and Benefits

- Starting salary: $180,000 - $210,000 (plus bonus potential)
