# Employment, Mid-Level Associate Hogan Lovells US LLP is looking to hire a mid-level associate for its Employment practice. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in employment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery. Traditional labor law, OSHA, and/or transactional experience are preferred. ## Requirements * Strong research and writing skills * Excellent academic credentials * Strong interpersonal skills * Commitment to excellence * Must be admitted to the Bar of the state in which they work ## Salary and Benefits The annualized salary range for this position is $260,000 to $390,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus.
