Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of litigation experience
- Strong background in complex business litigation
- Experience in securities, government contracts, financial services, intellectual property, employment, healthcare, real estate, privacy, cybersecurity, and government investigations is a plus
- Excellent writing skills
- Exceptional academic background
- Clerkship experience is a plus
