Associate Attorney Job Responsibilities

- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various practice areas, including litigation, estate planning, and real estate
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and advise clients
- Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Attend court hearings and depositions
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on cases
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of legal practice
- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and legal trends

Requirements

- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota
- 0-5 years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Litigation, Estate Planning, and Real Estate
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
