The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with all parties involved in the transaction, including banks, financial institutions, private equity firms, and state and local governments. The Commercial Finance Associate will play a vital role in the documentation, management, and closing of these complex transactions. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing self-starter with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A background in tax-advantaged financing, tax credits, real estate or mergers and acquisitions is preferred, but not required.
