Law Firm is looking for an experienced and dedicated New Jersey licensed attorney with 4 - 7 years’ civil litigation experience to join their Princeton office. The successful candidate will defend a wide variety of lawsuits and claims in state and federal court and state agencies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

4 - 7 years of civil litigation experience
Ability to work independently and effectively with colleagues, counsel and clients
Strong writing and legal research skills
Proficient in technology, legal research and other computer/web-based data sources
Clerkship following law school is preferred
Writing sample and references are required

Job Responsibilities:

Defend a wide variety of lawsuits and claims in state and federal court and state agencies
Handle complex/catastrophic negligence claims including premises/product/auto/construction
Handle first- and third-party insurance litigation and claims
Handle contract, claims against public entities
Handle litigation asserting employment practices violations or wrongful conduct

Compensation:
