Position Summary:

We are currently seeking Temporary Project Attorneys to assist our Records & E-Discovery Team in Pittsburgh, PA. The primary responsibilities of this position include conducting document reviews for responsiveness, privilege, and key issue content using various review software tools. Interested candidates must have at least one year of experience working with specialized E-Discovery software.

Salary Information: Temporary Project Attorneys will be paid at an hourly rate of $29 per hour. The duration of employment can vary by project, but typically lasts 4-6 weeks, sometimes longer.

Experience Information: Interested candidates should have at least one year of experience working with specialized E-Discovery software. Prior large-scale document review experience is strongly preferred.

Essential Functions:

- Efficiently and accurately review documents using review software.
- Timely and accurately record daily timekeeping.
- Work cohesively with team members in a collaborative environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Provide timely responses to email and phone messages.
- Proficient in MS suite of software including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.

Requirements:

Education: Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be actively licensed and in good standing in Delaware, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, or Washington DC.

Due Diligence: Candidates must provide information for conflict and background checks and a certificate of good standing from the Court in which they are actively licensed. Any fees related to obtaining the certificate of good standing are the responsibility of the candidates.

Experience: Strong academic credentials, large law firm experience, and prior electronic document review experience preferred.

Skills: Experience with a variety of different review support tools such as Relativity, Reveal, Everlaw, and the like, preferred.

Other:

- No supervisory responsibilities.
- Equipment to be used: Personal computer and other standard office equipment.
- Typical physical demands: Manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment.
- Typical mental demands: Able to handle stress associated with a fast-paced work environment, multiple priorities/tasks, make judgment decisions, and adapt to changing work situations.
- Working conditions: Work is performed remotely. Any hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week must be approved in advance by the Department Director.
