Responsibilities:
- Work on interesting and sophisticated corporate matters in one of the premier Corporate practices in the Midwest
- Handle routine securities filings, merger & acquisition transactions, and other business transactions
- Offer unique perspectives on complex issues and provide clear advice to clients and colleagues
- Be part of a dedicated team committed to client service and teamwork

Practice Areas:
- Securities Reporting
- M&A
- Bank Regulatory Work

Experience:
- Of Counsel/Partner level candidates preferred, but Senior Associates with demonstrated experience will also be considered
- Minimum of 6 years of corporate experience in a large regional or national law firm
- Extensive experience in Securities Reporting and M&A
- Preferred experience with bank regulatory matters
- Excellent academic credentials

Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience in Securities Reporting and M&A
