- Handle routine securities filings, merger & acquisition transactions, and other business transactions

Experience:
- Of Counsel/Partner level candidates preferred, but Senior Associates with demonstrated experience will also be considered

- Extensive experience in Securities Reporting and M&A
- Preferred experience with bank regulatory matters
- Excellent academic credentials
