The ideal candidate will have a background in general liability, tort, and products liability matters. They should have demonstrated experience handling general liability litigation, researching complex legal issues, handling discovery-related activities, and drafting dispositive motions. Candidates must also have the ability to work independently and have excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis and research. Additionally, a commitment to superior client service is essential. Oral argument, deposition, and trial experience is preferred.

Candidates must be licensed in Pennsylvania.
