The firm offers services in over 40 practice areas and has a highly integrated national platform. They also have a flexible work schedule and a remote work policy.

Position Requirements:

- 2 to 4 years of commercial litigation experience
- Active and in good standing license to practice law in Texas
- Experience drafting legal documents and participating in discovery
- Federal court experience is a plus

- A team mindset and confidence in representing clients and the firm
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Dedication to client service

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in commercial litigation cases
- Work with financial institution clients and represent them in state, federal, and appellate actions
- Draft legal documents such as complaints, answers, and motions
- Participate in developing a strategy for written and deposition discovery
- Conduct research and produce persuasive written work
- Assist with trial and evidentiary hearing preparations
- Meet and confer with opposing counsel

Requirements:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Experience in financial services litigation is a plus but not required
- Active and in good standing license to practice law in Texas
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Dedication to providing excellent client service
