With multiple offices located in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Detroit, Miller Johnson is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our diverse range of clients. As an Education Attorney at Miller Johnson, you will have the opportunity to work with both public and private school clients. We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in this area, who possess a strong understanding of education law. This includes expertise in areas such as Student Rights and Discipline, Privacy Rights and Constitutional Issues, Discrimination/Harassment, Labor and Employment Issues, Teacher’s Tenure Act, Title IX, and School Policy. Knowledge or experience in student disability law (special education) is also desired.
