Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve fair compensation for clients.
- Manage depositions and oversee the discovery process, including witness preparation and documentation.
- Draft and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients at hearings and trials, presenting evidence and legal arguments effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice throughout the case process.
- Handle client intake, develop case strategies, and customize legal approaches based on client needs.
- Collaborate with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals to build strong case arguments.
- Ensure meticulous management of case files, meeting all deadlines and legal requirements.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be admitted to practice law in Wisconsin.
- 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law or related litigation preferred.
- Ability to reliably commute to the office and travel locally to meet with clients as needed.
- Previous experience in a professional office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
