Law Firm Seeking Pre-Suit Attorney in Alpharetta, Georgia

We are currently seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia, and help us continue our winning fight for consumer rights.

Responsibilities:

- Handle all pre-litigation work on a day-to-day basis
- Obtain Flip-to-Lit approval
- Guide clients through the case process
- Draft and file pre-litigation documents
- Obtain TD approval for liability issues
- Oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages
- Manage the release approval process
- Supervise a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive
- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
- Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements

Requirements:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association
- 2+ years of personal injury experience
- Ability to handle high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter with long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
