Senior Director, Cyber-Enabled Fraud and Analytics - Any FINRA Location Full Time Posted Yesterday Job Requisition ID: R-007655 FINRA is currently seeking a Senior Director to lead the Cyber-Enabled Fraud (CEF) team within the Cyber and Analytics Unit (CAU). In this role, the Senior Director will oversee the planning and execution of cyber-enabled fraud investigations involving member firms and provide support to the Analytics Threat Targeting team in conducting threat identification analysis and proactive targeting using data analytics. This is a senior level leadership position that requires significant experience in securities, compliance, or financial regulatory work, as well as expertise in analyzing, investigating, and strategically addressing complex cyber and analytics-related issues. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of highly skilled cyber, fraud, and analytics specialists in conducting investigations, examinations, and providing training and consultation. - Develop and implement regulatory strategies to address emerging risks and threats. - Conduct thematic reviews and investigations related to cyber-enabled fraud. - Utilize data analytics methods and tools to identify fraudulent activities within FINRA member firms. - Provide subject matter expertise to external parties, such as member firms, on high-level regulatory issues. - Collaborate with other regulators and law enforcement agencies in addressing cyber and fraud-related matters. - Review and approve investigation-related reports and letters. - Represent FINRA at relevant industry events. Education and Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field, such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Computer Forensics, or Data Analytics. - Advanced degree, relevant certification, or law degree a plus. - Significant experience in securities, compliance, or financial regulatory work. - Highly advanced knowledge and expertise in analyzing, investigating, and addressing complex cyber and analytics-related issues.
