Baker Botts . is currently seeking a talented transactional associate with 3 or more years of experience in construction contracts for various types of projects. This position will focus on energy and infrastructure industries and can be based in any of our Houston, New York, Washington ., or Austin offices.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team and work closely with a partner or supervise junior associates
- Utilize strong drafting skills and contract analysis capabilities
- Analyze and synthesize new information
- Demonstrate interest in the energy industry and our clients' businesses

Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience in construction contracts
- Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and responsibility for work
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and dedicated to providing excellent work and client service

Salary:
- Position open to offices listed above
- Please specify preferred office location in application
- Salary range of $260,000 to $435,000 for positions based in NYC office
