Salary Information: Base Salary Range: NY/SF/Austin: $127,000 - $166,000 LA/DC: $120,000 -$157,000 Experience Information: At least five years of experience conducting eDiscovery, managing vendors, and assisting in litigation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Paralegal certificate preferred. Responsibilities: Conduct eDiscovery using Relativity, Logickull, Google Vault, Slack, Atlassian Tools, and proprietary X tools. Assist attorneys with ongoing litigation, including by: reviewing and responding to legal correspondence and served process; drafting legal holds and identifying appropriate custodians; drafting routine pleadings; responding to subpoenas; managing documents and deadlines; proofreading and cite checking. Administer relationships with outside counsel and legal vendors, including vendor onboarding and offboarding, invoice review and management, and case tracking. Aggressively manage legal costs through ongoing budgeting and reporting, fee negotiations with outside counsel, and enforcement of X’s Outside Counsel Billing Guidelines. Proactively identify and implement additional opportunities for cost savings.
