Regulated Products Licensing Associate The candidate will handle administration and coordination of data collection across departments as an integral step in the licensing application process. Corresponds with local counsel about licensing requirements and assists in submission of applications to local authorities. Uses impeccable organizational skills and follow up to track progress of license applications under tight deadlines. Cooperates with compliance team members to assist in the creation of compliance tools and implementation of compliance initiatives.

Qualification and Experience The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college/university. Paralegal or similar research-based background, required. 1+ years’ experience with regulated products licensing or compliance preferred. Experience working in an office setting, required. Must be self-reliant, highly motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently on numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Ability to change direction rapidly when priorities (or deadlines) shift. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
