H2: Join Our Rapidly Growing Practice in New York

We are seeking a senior associate to join our Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group in our New York office. Our practice focuses on representing innovative companies and their founders throughout their lifecycle, from business formation to financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions. We also work with the funds that invest in these companies. Our clients range from newly-formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders.

H2: Requirements for the Position

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm. They must also have stellar academic credentials and references, strong written and verbal communication skills, math and Excel skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. Admission to the NY bar is required.
