As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in communicating with clients, managing their cases, and ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.

Responsibilities of a Personal Injury Paralegal

- Proactively communicate with clients to keep them updated on the progress of their case and document all conversations
- Provide accurate and consistent information to clients regarding possible issues with their medical treatment
- Manage client cases, including identifying and confirming insurance coverages, communicating with adjusters, obtaining medical records and bills, and making medical referrals as needed
- Summarize medical records and prepare demand packages for attorney review
- Handle a high volume of cases and ensure they move through the process in a timely manner while providing exceptional client service

Qualifications for a Personal Injury Paralegal

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but a combination of education, certifications, and experience will be considered
- Great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work to ensure job responsibilities are completed
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys
- Paralegal certification or associate degree in Paralegal Studies required
- 2+ years of experience handling personal injury cases as a paralegal or adjuster in a personal injury law firm
- Solid understanding of insurance coverages
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
