Experience with hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Represent clients in all phases of insurance defense litigation

Conduct legal research and provide written analysis of findings

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Manage and oversee all aspects of case preparation, including discovery, depositions, and trials

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process

Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation cases

Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on legal matters

Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards

Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in the insurance defense field

Participate in firm events and activities to develop and maintain client relationships
