The successful candidate will be a motivated and experienced professional with a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and must be admitted to practice law and currently and actively licensed in the state of Minnesota.

The ideal candidate should have experience in civil litigation and/or workers’ compensation, possess excellent communication and writing skills, and have experience in insurance defense.

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Provide legal advice and represent clients in court
- Prepare legal documents and briefs
- Research and analyze laws, regulations, and legal articles
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Keep up to date with legal developments
- Develop strategies for legal cases
- Supervise junior attorneys

**Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law and currently and actively licensed in the state of Minnesota
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience in civil litigation and/or workers’ compensation
- Insurance defense experience a plus
