As a Legal Assistant in the Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department at Wilshire Law Firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of Paralegals and Attorneys in handling our cases involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic injuries. Your daily tasks will include preparing documents for filing, drafting complaints and minor’s compromises, and ensuring that court deadlines and statutes of limitations are monitored and met. You will also have the opportunity to communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude in our Los Angeles office.

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, fluent in Spanish (a plus), proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and able to work efficiently in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in Personal Injury law is highly preferred, and a typing speed of at least 40 WPM is required.
