As a Legal Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys and gain valuable experience in all phases of the litigation process. Responsibilities of this role include transcription of dictation, organizing and maintaining case files, gathering and arranging evidence, and communicating with clients, witnesses, and outside vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. To be considered for this position, candidates must have 1-3+ years of legal experience and be familiar with legal and medical terminology. Prior experience in Worker's Comp is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software applications is also required.
