Wilshire Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal to join our boutique Consumer Class Action Department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advocate for consumers' interests in California and across the nation in groundbreaking and newsworthy cases. As a Senior Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. This includes maintaining organized case files, assisting in drafting and reviewing documents, managing discovery, and communicating with clients, experts, and other parties involved in the case. Your strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the success of our cases.

Your skills and qualifications will also be key in this position. We require at least 3 years of civil litigation experience, as well as experience drafting discovery for both California and Federal courts. E-Discovery experience is a plus, and Spanish literacy and typing speed of at least 40 WPM are also preferred. As a member of our team, you must also demonstrate professionalism and strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation
- Maintain organized case files
- Draft, review, proofread, and table documents
- Manage discovery and court deadlines
- Prepare documents for filing in state and federal courts
- Communicate professionally with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel
- Prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Collaborate with team members
- Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience drafting discovery for CA and Federal Courts
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Professionalism and strong written and oral communication skills
- E-Discovery experience is a plus
- Spanish literacy is a plus
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
