- Represent clients in Trusts and Estates litigation (if applicable)
- Provide counsel on tax planning and asset protection strategies
- Work with clients to develop personalized estate plans
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to resolve complex legal issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all legal matters
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Trusts and Estates law
- Strong academic credentials
- Experience in Trusts and Estates litigation is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
- Valid state Bar license
