Duties:

• Handle complex estate planning and administration matters
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
• Assist with probate and estate administration processes
• Represent clients in Trusts and Estates litigation (if applicable)
• Provide counsel on tax planning and asset protection strategies
• Work with clients to develop personalized estate plans
• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to resolve complex legal issues
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all legal matters

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Trusts and Estates law
• Strong academic credentials
• Experience in Trusts and Estates litigation is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and organized

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Valid state Bar license
