Salary Range:

$345,000 - $370,000

Responsibilities:

Conducting internal investigations
Advising on spin-out mergers
Preparing briefs
Litigating employment law cases
Providing day-to-day advice to fast-growing technology companies on all aspects of employment law, including terminations, leaves of absence, and reviewing and drafting policies
Advising clients on employment-related issues in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions

Qualifications:


At least 5-6 years of experience in management-side employment law litigation and counseling
Excellent academic credentials
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range of $345,000 – $370,000, based on year classification
