The candidate will have the opportunity to work on projects in a variety of areas including representation in tribal governments, tribal corporations, and tribal gaming entities in a variety of matters including employment law, construction law, contracts, real property transactions, taxation matters, and SBA government contracting matters. Must have Active admission to any state bar, with the ability to become licensed in Nebraska. Should have a . from an ABA-accredited Law School. Must have 3 years of experience in employment law, construction law, contracts, real property transactions, taxation, and SBA government contracting matters. Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is required. The ability to effectively interact, orally and in writing is required. Must have exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities and adhering to strict deadlines. First-rate academic credentials and references are required. Must have superior research, writing, and analytical skills and technology-oriented. Experience working with Indian law or tribal courts is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud-based computer environments is desired.
